Alcohol
It is strictly forbidden to bring and consume alcoholic beverages within the establishment.
Ambulance
On medical prescription, an ambulance (or taxi) can be requested for your return home. Ask the nursing staff for information. Do not hesitate to provide the contact details of the paramedic of your choice.
Animals
Animals are not allowed within the establishment.
Calm
In the interest of everyone, respecting calm and silence is essential within the establishment.
To respect patients' rest, do not let children play in rooms or corridors.
You are asked to moderate the sound on your television , especially in the evening. Headphones (rental for a fee) are available to listen to television without risking disturbing other patients.
You have the option of receiving mail. If so, it will be brought to you within the day. You can leave your mail to be sent, previously franked by you, at reception.
Worship
If you wish, you can call on a representative of your religious faith to contact the healthcare staff.
Flowers
As part of risk prevention , flowers are no longer authorized in services.
Valuable objects
It is recommended to only bring items that are strictly useful for your stay and not to keep valuable items during your hospitalization. The Silver Image private hospital declines all responsibility in the event of loss or theft.
Patient Records
A team of Medical Transcripionists and/or data recording analysts reporting to Vice President of Information Services, work during day shift at each Silver Image Hospital to type, analyze and maintain patient records for their life time.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the establishment. Take advantage of your hospitalization to quit smoking by asking the doctor who is treating you for advice; he or she may, if necessary, refer you to a tobacco specialist.
