Your Maternity Registration

It is recommended to register as early as possible.

How do I register?

The Silver Image Private Hospital requires patients to get themselves registered at any Silver Image Medical Establishment. This creates a patient file shares all medical records of his attendance at our facilities and treatment are maintained for his entire life. After that patients are contacted to introduce you to our maternity ward.

Your Admission

Make your admission at any Silver Image establishment in India after registration through a Physician/Doctor referral or directly at the reception or at the Emergency department of any Silver Image Hospital without registration.

The day of your entry

If you have not finalized your admission online and completed your residence file, please bring the following documents on the day of your entry:

• Your Passport or Pan Card or Adhar Card,
• Your Employee Card,
• Your insurance card,
• Your CGHS card (if you are entitled).

To facilitate your choice on the day of admission, it is important to contact your insurance company to find out the amount covered for the particular room if you do not make your admission online.
