Hospitalization costs
A hospitalization bill can include several items - accommodation costs, daily rate, doctors' fees, private room, etc. - which may, depending on the case, be covered by your Health Insurancey.
Stay costs
Check with your insurance company if you are covered because in certain events you may be covered in full or be entitled to partial or complete hospital expenditure reimbursement.
The daily package
This is your regulatory minimum contribution to hotel expenses. This package, displayed in each unit, will possibly be covered by your mutual insurance company if your contract provides for it.
Doctors' fees
The practitioners who provide your care may have opted for the conventional, fee-free sector. In this case, they are authorized to charge additional fees. Check with your mutual insurance company to see if they are covered. The practitioner will inform you directly of his fees in advance.
Private rooms
If you wish to be hospitalized in a private room, a special rate per day is applied. It may be covered by your mutual insurance depending on the nature of your coverage.
Your personal expenses during your stay
Telephone, television, accompanying meals remain your responsibility. Consult the establishment's service offers.
Payment methods
You can pay by check, credit card or cash. A paid invoice will be given to you.
