Silver Image Healthcare Group is a private organization with a single director that functions as the Managing Director of the Silver Image Group as well as Max Healthcare and Fortis Healthcare so general management is exercised by one Director. The Group is governed by the Memorandum and Articles of its registered companies for all its establishments that are owned and operated as Silver Image, Max and Fortis Hospitals in India.
